Solos and Duets...

For the music presentations, the children were given solos and duets. Eden and Keziah sang a duet together and then each one had a solo. "Walking With the Lord" was their song and each had a verse. Eden sang first...

Our shining stars...

Composition

Corbyn was honored by being asked to read one of his composition pieces before the audience. He loved composition and hopes to one day write a novel.

Sign Language

I had the blessing of teaching the entire group sign language. It was so fun watching them get excited and interact in sign. They all did very well ;-)

Art and Friends...A precious display of God's handiwork

The children really enjoyed Art class this year. Here are just a few of the pieces they made...

Making friends and making art went very well together...Autumn and Keziah

Tyler, Bryant, Justin, Corbyn, Leo Jr., Jacob, and Sylia

Friends...

Friends are such a blessing...An added joy to our lives...

Kim, Jodi, Michelle, and Krista - I love these ladies ;-)

Valerie has such a sweet spirit and such a missionary heart...Going to miss you, Girlfriend, when you move!!

Alethia and I have been friends for years. In fact, we met at church about the third Sunday we visited. We have enjoyed her family over the years and then they decided the Lord was calling them to oklahoma!!! Don't get to see her much, but when I do it is a real treat ;-)

Sewing, Sewing, Sewing...

I am really getting into this sewing thing ;-) I made the girls' dresses and my skirt!!! (Not my favorite picture of me, so just focus on the skirt!! heehee)

Miss Natalie's Graduation 2009

Miss Natalie came into our lives about 6 years ago as our sitter. It did not take long, though, to realize that she was much more than that. She was part of our family!! Sunday, we got the joy of celebrating a milestone in her life. She graduated from college!!

The children and I snuck around the university halls until we found Miss Natalie before the ceremony...Isn't she cute?!?!

The ceremony was beautiful and Miss Natalie did not trip walking across the stage!! heehee (That was her biggest fear!!)

YEAH, Miss Natalie!!!!

Guess what we are going to get to celebrate next summer?!?! A wedding!!! They are such a precious couple!!

We love you, Miss Natalie!!!
