Trip to Arizona...Sunday

Sunday morning, I got to enjoy Sunday school and church with the Brown family. After church, we went to a yummy pizza shop and chowed down ;-) I love this picture of Hunter!!! Such a sweet smile!!!

Hunter cuddled up with me a lot this trip!!! He is doing so much better now...He really struggled with complications from his back surgery in November.

At the airport, I ran into a couple from our church who were on the same flight as I was!!! We got to sit together and visit on the way home!!! God is SOOOOO good!!!!!

Eden's 10th Birthday

I cannot believe my baby is 10 years old!!! Her day started off with breakfast in bed...Compliments of Daddy ;-)

Good Morning, Birthday Girl!!!!!

When Eden came downstairs, she was greeted with some fun gifts but she was not allowed to open them until later. Her day included a trip to the Symphony with our entire family and our homeschool co-op, lunch at Cheesecake Factory, home for a Treasure hunt to find her gifts, and then dinner and her homemade birthday cake.

The Cake

Our girls like to make thier own birthday cakes and decorate them all by themselves. This year, Eden made a homemade, gluten-free carrot cake with whipped icing. It was YUMMY!!!

The Symphony

We got to celebrate Eden's birthday with a field trip to the Symphony. What a wonderful concert and a very special treat, two families that have not joined us on a field trip before came along!!!

Sweet New Friends

Any day is a wonderful day when we can spend some time with friends. Today, Eden's birthday was made even more special because she got to spend some time with Hannah Grace and Abigail at the Symphony.

My boys also got to enjoy some friends, Jonathan and Gabriel.

Lunch at Cheesecake Factory

Since it is Eden's 10th birthday, we allowed her to choose a place to have her birthday lunch. She chose Cheesecake Factory and we all enjoyed celebrating with her!!

The Gifts...

This year, we decided to do something different for Eden's birthday. She LOVES detective books and mystery games so we made clues for each gift and then hide the gifts all over the house. She had to figure out the clue to find her gift. It was SOOO much fun. We laughed the entire time!!!
These gifts were from her sweet new friend, Abigail...So much girly stuff!!!
