Azaryah's 1st Day of Preschool

Azaryah began Pre-K 3 today. This is his desk. This desk belonged to my grandfather and all four of our children have had the blessing of using it their first 2 years of school.

Azaryah is so excited because he has his very own binder to put all his work in...Just like the "big kids"!!

We use Five in a Row (FAIR) with all our children for Pre-K 3 and Pre-K 4...Each of them has a suitcase made out of an old cereal box to keep their flags. FIAR explores different cultures, countries, and states through literature.

Azaryah's first book is Pair of Red Clogs...We will read this every day this week focusing on different apects of the Chinese culture and country. Today, Azaryah made the Chinese flag, ate egg rolls for a snack, and learned about how the Chinese people dress.
