Precious Moments...

What a sweet moment in our lives ;-) Every morning, Azaryah wakes up and hollers, "Good Mornin', Mommy." When I enter the room, he sleepishly asks for his chocolate milk in his Batman cup and then crawls into our bed with a stack of books to "read" while I finish my morning routine. Yesterday morning, I did not hear Azaryah "reading" so I peeked in to see what he was doing...Too cute!!!

What A Show!!!

The performance was fabulous...We had the blessing of hearing some of the most beautiful, string music from some of the most talented young people in our area. The musicians who played ranged from toddlers to adults.

The girls are both in the same dance class and their class danced to "All I Want For Christmas...". They danced on the stage in front of the strings. It really was a lovely recital and the girls loved every moment!!

Miss Heidi is a precious gift to our family. Not only is she one my dearest friends, but she has provided a Christian-based dance studio for the girls in our area to come and learn the art of dance in an environment that promotes Christ, modesty, purity, and elegance.

Our Little Dancin' Dolls...

Eden and Keziah have always enjoyed dressing up and putting on play make-up, so when a dance recital rolls around, they are more than happy to endure sleeping in sponge rollers and posing for LOTS of pictures, so that Daddy will allow them to wear their make-up out of the house!! heehee

The Fans

Daddy always surprises the girls with roses after their performance!! They know he will do that, yet they always giggle with glee and dance around with excitement ;-)

Big Brother and Little Brother dressed up and sat through 2 hours of beautiful strings music to see their sissies dance to "All I Want For Christmas". They both enjoyed every moment.

Marcus, a friend of the girl's, was there to watch all the Christmas celebration. The girls were THRILLED to see him and hear him tell them they did a good job ;-)

BRACE Yourself...

....................................BEFORE.......................................

....................................AFTER.......................................

Isn't she adorable?!?! Eden is THRILLED to have her braces on FINALLY ;-) She started this summer with a permanent, top appliance and a removeable, adjustable appliance on the bottom. Now, she has her first set of braces and will have head gear in a few months. After 18 months, the dentist will remove the braces for about a year and then put on her "finishing" braces...We are trying to correct a cross bite so she will not need jaw surgery. Glen and I received the "good news" that Keziah and Corbyn will need braces in the next two years and Azaryah, who has the same bite as Eden, will begin his treatment in 2009!!! (DONATIONS are welcome!!! heehee)

Nana V

It is always a good time with Nana V!!! On Saturday, we arrived in Kentucky and called Nana V to join us at the hotel. The children could not wait until she arrived. As soon as she got there, it was PLAY TIME ;-) (Notice the sucker in Azaryah's hand...Nana V never comes to see us without candy in her bag!! heehee)

The children couldn't get Nana V to put on her swimming suit this time, but she did get wet!!!

The Women in Glen's Life

Glen has been blessed with three wonderful women in his life...His mother, his wife, and his sister. (Depending on the day and my mood, Glen may beg to differ on his wife being "wonderful"!!! heehee)
