Corbyn's Last Upwards Game

Corbyn has had the blessing of playing in the UPWARDS program since he was in the 1st grade. He has played football, basketball and soccer. Glen has coached the majority of his teams. What a precious memory for them both. Today was Corbyn final game with this program. Once the children finish 6th grade, they have to move on to other programs.

Corbyn is a wonderful soccer player and enjoys it very much...He is looking forward to helping Glen coach Keziah's basketball team and Eden's soccer team in the fall and spring...Of course, Little Man will be right there following them around and cheering them on to victory!!!

During halftime, Azaryah got to practice with the big boys..."Cause you know, he is a BIG BOY too ;-)

The Awards Ceremony

Today, the soccer ceremony included bouncy fun, grilled food for dinner and snowcones...

Azaryah had no problem keeping up with the older kiddos...Corbyn LOVED taking him through the obstacle course and showing how it was done ;-)

Keziah is quite the competitive little thing...She raced the boys and beat them every time!!! heehee

Eden moved pretty fast but she always stopped along the way to help out her opponent when he/she was having trouble getting through the course!!

The boys received a UPWARDS backpack as their gift...

Robin to the Rescue...

Azaryah is a ROBIN fanatic!!! Batman is Robin's helper ;-)

Superman joins the heros in order to capture Penquin and the Joker, but it is not Batman in the control room...

Azaryah is a busy little man and NEVER sits still for very long, but when you put his Batman toys in front of him, he will play for hours!!!

Breakfast in Bed for the Birthday Boy

Azaryah will not actually be 3 years old until next month, but we will be traveling during that time so we decided to celebrate early. The birthday boy began his day with breakfast in bed...Homemade blueberry pancakes with a funny face decoration.

He did so well eating in his car bed...No accidents!!

T-REX

Azaryah got to take us all to T-REX to celebrate his 3rd birthday...We had SOOO much fun!!

Azaryah LOVED the dinosaurs that moved and looked so real...This dinosaur eats fish from the creek.

Azaryah LOVED this big dino and wanted to climb inside his mouth to pretend that he was eating Azaryah for dinner!!! Such a silly little boy!!

Azaryah found a dinosaur just his size...

The mama dino was MUCH bigger...WOW

"Look, Mommy, all these fish!!" See the shell seats and the HUGE octopus that hangs from the ceiling!!!

The Yummy Dinner

Inside T-Rex each room is decorated differently. We got to sit under the sea with all the prehistoric sea creatures surrounding us. Azaryah got to explore every room while we waited on our meal. One room was inside a volcano that erupts. Upstairs there is the Ice Age Room and the Jungle Room...All throughout, there are different dinosaurs to see, watch move around, and listen to the loud, deep roars from all directions!!

The waiters and waitresses all surprised Azaryah with a sundae and a song...

Uh-oh...Got chocolate sauce on his finger...

I LOVE THIS BIRTHDAY!!!

Making My Dinosaur

So many choices...It did not take Azaryah long to pick out his dinosaur friend...

At first, Azaryah was not sure of the fluff machine, but he quickly warmed up and enjoyed the process. He even got to help by pushing the pedal that makes the fluff come out!!

Azaryah got to pick out a heart to kiss and place inside his dino...GOT IT!!! HERE I COME!!

Sewing him up now that the heart is tucked away inside and his ROAR has been placed in his arm ;-)

Giving him a quick squeeze to make sure he feels just right!!

Azaryah gives his dino his first bath...Good thing, too, because Mommy doesn't want him bringing home a stinky dino!!

Azaryah named his dino - ROBIN - He is so funny...His favorite super hero is ROBIN not Batman!!

Spiderman Theme...

For his 3rd birthday, Azaryah chose a Spiderman theme...The cake turned out so cute!!

Ninetendo DS

Daddy, Mommy, Nana V, Nana BJ, and Pawpaw all surprised Azaryah with his very own DS!!!

As soon as Azaryah pulled it out of the bag, he looked at Corbyn and said, "Look, BraBra, I have my own DS!!"

Overwhelmed with joy...
