A Great Day

Tuesday was a great day!! The weather was perfect and our activites were so much fun. We started our day at the library for Storytime...It was Fire Safety Day...

After the story, we all headed outside for a look at the fire engine...


The weather was too beautiful to stay inside so Azaryah's friend, Garrett, invited us to the park for some fun...

Our day ended with dinner with Mr. Dan and Miss Mariana...Sweet couple!!!!

Patriots Football Game

I love a football game on a crisp fall evening!! Last night, we joined the Laymans and the Corprews to cheer on Jack and Grant.

It did not take long before Dave, Glen, Kevin, Corbyn, and Jonathan were on the field for a closer look ;-)

The Cheering Section...It is truly a blessing that all the children get along so well and really enjoy hanging out together...It is also a blessing that all the adults get along and behave themselves when we are out and about!!! heehee

Cahrrie and I had a blast chatting and chatting and chatting some more...And of course, watching the game!!! Beth had a reunion last night so we missed her bunches!!!

Homeschool Moving Outside

When the weather is perfect, we just cannot stay inside!!! All our classes are being done outside today!!! WHOO HOO

Week Two of our One Room School House...

This week, the class was held in our home...Another great day of Language Arts taught by Mrs. House...The kiddos LOVE her and Cahrrie, Beth and I enjoy watching her work while we sit and relax!!! heehee

One Room School House...Lessons

Today, we began a new adventure in our homeschooling. We joined 4 other families for a One Room School House that will meet once a week for Language Arts. Susan will be teaching our children Spell to Write and Read, Shurley Grammer, Wordly Wise Vocabulary, Composition, and Literature. While Susan teaches, Beth, Cahrrie, Kim,and I take notes and learn alongside our children.





Today, was VERY successful and went smoothly!!! What a blessing to have other families to come alongside us and encouarge us in homeschooling!!! God is so gracious to give us precious friends!!!
