Christmas Eve Traditions

Every Christmas Eve since I was 5 years old, our family has put on the halos that Annette and I made, read the Christmas story, and sang Christmas carols...Glen and I love that tradition and have carried that on in our family...The halos are getting worn out and the song sheets have been recopied many times but this tradition is still as fresh as the very first time my sister and I handed out the halos to our parents, grandparents, and aunts years and years ago!!!

Along with this precious old tradition, Glen and I added a new tradition at Corbyn's 1st Christmas 13 years ago...We allow the children to open one gift on Christmas Eve...It is always a new pair of Christmas Pjs for them to snuggle up in on Christmas Eve and wear all day Christmas Day!!!

Where do you get your Christmas PJs? We also let our kiddos open "one" gift on the eve and surprise-surprise, it is a pair of pajamas. However, I like your matching ones. :o)

Thanks! I go to Children's Place about once a season, but I don't really look at PJs there. I guess I need to re-focus. :o)
